You've built a life that looks good on paper.

So why does something still feel off?

You feel it in your relationships, your body, or the patterns you can’t seem to break.

For those navigating burnout, trauma, relationship patterns, or psychedelic experiences—who want lasting change, not just insight.

Depth therapy and EMDR intensives, online across BC, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia & the Yukon.

You might recognize yourself here—

The Professional

Burnout & Nervous System

You're the person everyone relies on. And you’re exhausted in a way a holiday won't fix. You've optimized everything except how you actually feel. It's time to put the armour down and come back to yourself.

The Self-Aware

Trauma & Identity

You understand your story. You can name the patterns. But insight hasn’t changed how it feels to live inside them. This is where that shifts — not through more thinking, but through the parts of you words haven’t reached.

The Seeker

Love & Attachment

You know how to love. And somehow you keep ending up in the same place
— alone, with the wrong person, or watching something real slip away. This isn’t random. It’s a pattern that formed long before you had a choice.

The Explorer

Expansion & Integration

Something opened — and you’re not sure what to do with it. Through plant medicine, breathwork, or expanded states, you’ve touched something meaningful. Now it needs to be integrated into your daily life.

The patterns you keep repeating aren’t failures.
They’re the places your healing is waiting.

You've done the work — the books, the therapy, the self-awareness. You understand your patterns, sometimes with remarkable clarity.

And still, something in the body hasn't caught up.

Not because you haven’t tried hard enough. But because the kind of change you’re looking for lives somewhere insight alone can’t reach.

You might notice it in how you relate — overgiving, overthinking, pulling back just when connection gets close. Or in a quieter sense that something essential feels missing, even when life looks fine.

Whether you're navigating burnout, relational patterns, or integrating a powerful experience — this work meets you where you are.

This is where we begin.

Hi, I’m Melissa

Whatever brought you here — exhaustion, a pattern you can't seem to leave behind, or something that cracked open — you don't have to arrive with it figured out.

My work goes beneath the story you tell about yourself and into what’s actually happening —

in your nervous system, your body, and the relational patterns shaping how you move through the world.

I work slowly and carefully, paying attention to what you bring — not just the words, but what lives underneath them.

This isn’t a space where you need to perform insight or hold yourself together.

You can bring the complicated parts. The contradictory ones. The parts that don't make sense yet.

Over time, something genuinely shifts. Not just understanding, but actually feeling more like yourself — more grounded, more present, and less driven by what's been running beneath the surface.

This work unfolds at the pace of your body — not your inner critic.
